Return Policy for Bridesmaid Dresses

Return

We would hate to make a returns policy that is long and confusing, so For Her and For Him promises that if the dresses you receive are defective, or not the same as advertised, you can send them back for a full refund or exchange. Even if you simply don’t like the dresses, you can send them back for a 70% refund of the standard sized dresses, 50% refund for the custom sized dresses. Please note that all returns must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Custom Sizing Note： Please note that we cannot offer returns or exchanges related to fit when pertaining to wrongly submitted measurements.

Pictures often distort colors, so it is strongly advised that you order color swatches to view in person. A dress will not be categorized as defective, or different from advertised if you think its color looks different from online pictures. However, if your dresses look different from real-life color swatches, you can send them back for a full refund or exchange.

All you need to do is email contact @forherandforhim.com for the return address in your country. We have offices that can take returns in US, UK and AU. Please make sure the returned dresses are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

 

Pls thoroughly check the dress(es) upon receiving for any quality problems such as pull/snag/marks, and if you find any, pls do contact contact@forherandforhim.com within 3 days upon receiving the dresses!

Cancellation

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our clothing and some accessories (including shoes, sashes, and wraps) are made-to-order, whether you ordered a standard size or custom measurements, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

Return Policy for HOCO Dresses

Need to send your dress back? No prob. All you need to do is email contact@forherandforhim.com for the return address in your country within 3 days from receiving your order and postmark your item within 7 days from receiving the return address.

Once we receive a return, please allow 5-10 business days to process the refund.

Before starting your return, please read the rules!

• Please feel free to CONTACTus with any questions.
• You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. You then have 7 days to send the return back to us.
• You can receive a refund on all products. There is a $12 restocking fee for each additional item being returned.
• Please make sure the returned dresses are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
• If you receive a damaged item, tell us right away! That way, we can immediately send your replacement of the same style, size and color.
